Please read this information carefully as payment of your deposit will confirm your agreement to all terms and conditions set out below.
Prices are per person (unless otherwise stated), quoted in Australian dollars based on double or twin share occupancy in lead-in accommodation unless stated otherwise. All prices shown are based on a ‘from’ price point and are subject to change prior to any financial commitment being confirmed.
Online Deposit Payments
All deposits paid online are fully refundable prior to an offline confirmation from one of our team and the customer’s agreement to proceed with the purchase.
Online product descriptions are correct at the time of publication. We and our agents, reserve the right to cancel or modify services due to events beyond our control including insufficient participants or adverse weather conditions. When arrangements are cancelled a full refund will be provided.
Final payment is normally due 60 days prior to tour / product start date. Some tour / products may require full payment at the time of confirmation. Our sales team will advise payment terms when offering a confirmation.
All cancellations must be made in writing to Experience UK. No responsibility is taken for cancellations made directly by the client or the client’s travel agent with the service provider.
We respect your privacy and will not pass on your details to third parties except as required by law, or in the interests of securing reservations on your behalf. We are unable to accept responsibility for the confidentiality of information after it leaves our direct control.
